Maintain and calibrate hardware components such as printers, copiers, laptops, desktops, and other electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support for mobile devices and desktop computers by analyzing issues related to hardware failures or software errors. Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair cycle. Skills Extensive knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems along with macOS and Windows platforms. Proven experience in hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for consumer electronics including smartphones, laptops, desktops, printers, and copiers. Skilled in using hand tools for delicate electronic repairs such as soldering electrical components on circuit boards. Strong understanding of computer hardware maintenance including component replacement and system upgrades. Ability to perform detailed analysis skills to identify root causes of device malfunctions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
