Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose devices, and problem solving skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and showcase your technical expertise. Duties Provide on-site maintenance, repair, and support for various equipment Troubleshoot technical issues and perform diagnostics using schematics Utilize hand tools, voltmeters, and other equipment to service machinery Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent downtime Collaborate with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery Maintain accurate records of service visits and completed repairs Running devices from one shop location to another Requirements No experience needed will train those who are willing to learn Proficiency in computer networking and troubleshooting techniques Have excellent customer service Sitting for extended periods of time (Traffic) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites for service calls Be able to lift 20lbs Benefits Cumulative sick pay and PTO Dental Health Vision Join uBreakiFix and be at the forefront of the tech revolution!
