Everforth ECS is seeking aSenior Automation SMEto work in our Arlington, VA office.
Everforth ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC). The JCDC is CISA's flagship initiative for uniting government, industry, and international partners to proactively defend against cyber threats. Our ECS team is at the center of providing support to JCDC's critical mission as they continue to plan, share, and respond to cyber threats in real time to support the greater cyber community.
TheSr. Automation SMEwill supportJCDCtoevaluate existing processes, tools, and knowledge management systems to streamline workflows, reduce manualeffort,and deliver operational efficiencies that meet customer needs across JCDC.This position willpartner with stakeholders across JCDC toidentifyautomation opportunitiesand developscalable solutionsto address those gaps.
Gather requirements and develop project artifacts such as workflows, use cases, and process changes.
Conduct stakeholder interactions and engagement activitiesincluding root cause analysis, solution demonstrations, etc.
Develop andmaintainautomation roadmaps including prioritization,business valueassessments, and alignment with federal compliance, security, and accessibility standards.
Lead the design, build, implementation, andcontinuous improvementof automation solutions.
Define and track performance measures for automation solutions andconduct leadership briefs on performance todemonstratereturn on investment (ROI).Identifygaps, risks, or dependencies and elevate them asappropriate.
Lead the establishment of governance, training, and documentation of automation solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams toconsolidateand align related workstreams.
Summarize key information and produce briefing materials as an individual contributor.
On-site1-4days per week in Arlington, VA.Bachelor's degree with10yearsof experiencein cybersecurity or related field.
Experienceinprocess automation, systems integration, and workflowoptimizationleveragingautomation technologies and tools, e.g., Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, workflow automation tools, and knowledge management systems, e.g.,SharePoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical.
Ability to think critically and develop short- and long-term automation strategies.
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborativeenvironment.

Salary Range:
$160,000 - $195,000General Description of BenefitsUS citizenship withtheability to obtain andmaintainDHS Suitability (EOD).Active TS security clearance and SCI eligible.On-site1-4days per week in Arlington, VA.Bachelor's degree with10yearsof experiencein cybersecurity or related field.
