Electronic Pneumatic Tube System Technician The Rector & Visitors of the University of Virginia $30.00 - $33.00 per hour ($62,400 - $68,640 per year). This is a full-time position with UVA paid time off, paid holidays United States, Virginia, Charlottesville 1215 Lee Street (Show on map) Aug 10, 2026 Facilities Management's Health System Physical Plant at the University of Virginia has an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Pneumatic Tube System Technician. Electronic Pneumatic Tube System Technicians troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair instrumentation and controls for pneumatic tube electro-mechanical systems and associated equipment, to include system servers. They perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical pneumatic tube systems within a health care environment. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as training system users and other maintenance staff is an essential part of this position's responsibilities. Work as required with minimal supervision, complying with all safety requirements and procedures. Electronic Pneumatic Tube System Technicians may work in high-energy and/or high-risk environments.
