Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Seeking experienced and driven AOG Technicians to join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team. In this high-impact role, you will respond to aircraft-on-ground (AOG) events, delivering rapid, on-site maintenance services to external customers across a variety of business and corporate aviation platforms. This is a 7-on/7-off rotational position, offering a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to directly impact operational uptime. Locations needed APA-Englewood, Colorado, DFW-Dallas Fort Worth, ORL-Orlando, PBI-Palm Beach, SDL-Scottsdale, MIA-Miami, VNY-Van Nuys, TPA-Tampa, IAD-Dulles, HPN-Westchester, AUS-Austin, SLC-Salt Lake, SFO-San Francisco, LAS-Las Vegas, MSP-Minneapolis, BED-Bedford and MCI-Kansas City. Rapidly deploy to AOG events and perform high-quality maintenance in the field Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies efficiently and in compliance with FAA and OEM requirements Communicate directly with external customers to manage expectations, scope of work, and completion timelines Accurately document all maintenance performed using internal systems Maintain readiness of assigned AOG vehicle, tools, and inventory Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service on-site Ensure all actions are performed with safety and regulatory compliance at the forefront.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Clear, professional communication with external clients Proficiency with maintenance tracking software (CAMP, Corridor, Airtable, etc.) Ability to work independently and represent the company on-site Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-service focused
Work Environment:
Extended hours or weekend work may be required based on AOG demand and customer volume The role requires rapid response to aircraft AOG situations, sometimes in high-pressure or adverse conditions. PPE and safety protocols must be strictly followed. Travel to customer locations required Requirements Required education and experience Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience, with recent AOG or field service experience strongly preferred Proficiency with one or more platforms: Gulfstream (GIV-G700) Bombardier (Challenger, Global) Cessna Citation series King Air 90/200/350 Embraer Phenom or Legacy Valid driver's license and ability to travel on short notice Capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working in challenging physical environments Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.
