ADAS Calibration Technician / Advisor Exotic Motors Auto Rebuild - Bellevue, WA Exotic Motors Auto Rebuild is expanding and looking for an ADAS Calibration Technician / Advisor to support our OEM-certified collision repair operation. We specialize in luxury, exotic, and electric vehicles , and our 35,000+ sq-ft facility is equipped with modern diagnostic and calibration equipment. This role focuses on vehicle scanning, ADAS calibrations, system verification, and proper documentation for repair and billing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already works in collision repair, diagnostics, or mechanical repair and wants to move deeper into ADAS and advanced vehicle technology. We are also open to experienced body technicians or automotive mechanics who understand how ADAS systems function and want to build a career specializing in this rapidly growing field. What You'll Do Perform pre-scan and post-scan diagnostics Perform ADAS calibrations (static & dynamic) following OEM procedures Verify safety systems are operating correctly after repairs Work closely with estimators and technicians during the repair process Document calibrations and assist with calibration-related billing What We're Looking For Automotive, diagnostic, or collision repair experience Understanding of vehicle electronics and ADAS systems Ability to follow OEM procedures and service information Strong attention to detail and organization Clean driving record Compensation & Benefits Salary dependent on experience Generous compensation package Lucrative performance-based bonus incentives Industry-standard paid vacation Health & Dental insurance: 50% paid by the shop Paid training, certifications, and career development What We Offer Salary + substantial performance bonus for the right person 401(k) with a generous 3.5 % employer match Paid ADAS training and certifications Training may require travel (all expenses paid) Work on luxury, exotic, and EV vehicles Fast-paced environment with major growth potential Opportunity to grow into a specialized ADAS leadership role If you're looking to move into the future of automotive repair and build a career around ADAS diagnostics and vehicle technology , we'd like to hear from you.
