Resort Maintenance Position w/ Free Housing - Orcas Island

West Beach Resort on Orcas Island, WA is looking for qualified applicants to fill our FT year-round core Facilities Maintenance. We are a family-friendly resort in the San Juan Islands archipelago off Washington State's northwestern coast. We are looking for a candidate with a working knowledge of the trades including basic carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, grounds, mechanical repair, appliance troubleshooting, small engine/motor troubleshooting and repair, marina repair, etc. A strong background in mechanical and equipment maintenance and repair a plus. Daily duties include performing maintenance on a wide range of facilities, tools, and equipment. This permanent position is full time year-round. The employment package includes free on-site housing with all utilities paid (water, power, garbage, sewer, wifi). In addition to the provided housing, pay is DOE $20-$25/hr. On-site housing can be a (based on availability): new studio apartment unit, travel trailer in the campground, or an RV site with utilities included for your own RV. Apartment unit currently available.
