Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary The Engineering Test Technician supports assembly, validation, and qualification testing activities for hydraulic and electromechanical actuation products. The role performs testing, fixture fabrication, instrumentation verification, and maintenance support within a production and engineering test environment. Requirements Job Details

  • First Shift 5x8 Flexible Schedule with availability for Second or Third Shift depending on business need
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in assembly, test, & troubleshooting of electromechanical & hydraulic actuation products or related mechanical experience required. General hydraulic theory and knowledge preferred
  • High School Diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification, and proficiency in the use of drawings, specifications, basic math, computer, technical, and mechanical skills
  • Familiarity with AS9100 Quality System
  • Blueprint reading and understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances
  • Demonstrated technical capabilities working in a team environment
  • Ability to use precision measuring devices such as micrometers, dial indicators, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
  • Associate's degree preferred in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent job experience preferred Job Duties & Functions
  • Fabricate, assemble, and utilize test fixtures and test rigs
  • Assemble and test hydraulic actuators and electro-mechanical actuators
  • Perform acceptance testing of hydraulic and/or electromechanical products
  • Ensure calibration and certification of all instrumentation utilized for the test
  • Coordinate maintenance activities related to the test area
  • Support external testing activities at labs when necessary
