2017 accredited company has an employment opportunity for a Calibration Technician to join our team in Tukwila, WA on a 30hrs/week basis. We are looking for an individual with integrity and a quick learner. Calibration and Validation Technicians perform routine and complex work related to:

• Calibration of test measurement and equipment in the Aerospace, Bio/Pharmaceutical, Food and Manufacturing industry.

Training:

• CCS will invest in your professional growth by providing you with education and training opportunities as the need arises to keep current in the field.

CCS Primary Responsibilities:

• Achieves customer satisfaction and timely turn-around on all equipment and service.
• Enters data into an asset tracking database.
• Creates calibration data sheets accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision based upon instrument specifications and approved calibration procedures SOP's or protocols.
• Completes all documentation supporting customer documentation requirements, reporting, ISO and other quality systems.
• Interacts with customers for items requiring troubleshooting or limited calibration.
• Performs other support functions as required in an efficient and orderly manner.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record. (Not more than 1 moving violation within any 12 month period.)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in test equipment calibration requested.
• Experience with General Purpose, Physical Dimensional, Electrical, Mechanical (Pressure/Vacuum/Torque), Thermodynamic and Humidity calibration preferred.
• Ability to work and investigate issues independently, ability to communicate clearly in English
• Must possess good customer service/relations skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, good math aptitude.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
