293413513 Job Description Floor Technicians for Snohomish County Area Sound Maintenance Services, Inc., is seeking multiple floor technicians to work in the Snohomish County, WA area. Please read the job description carefully as this position is physically demanding of standing, stopping, kneeling, bending, lifting, pushing and pulling heavy items.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning carpets. Stripping and waxing floors. Pressure washing. Scrubbing and waxing floors. High-speed cleaning floors (shining), Base Janitorial duties. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. Essential Tasks and Competencies, including but not limited to: Detail dusting desks, ledges, cabinets, chairs, telephones, stairwells and other office furniture or assigned areas. Damp mopping floors, which entails pushing and pulling a bucket of water on wheels. Vacuuming carpeted areas using a vacuum backpack or upright vacuum, with a hose and floor apparatus. Cleaning restrooms, this entails sanitizing urinals, commodes, and sinks. Filling dispensers of toilet tissue, paper towels, sanitary napkins and soap and wiping down counters. Using cleaners and other cleaning agents to disinfect all fixtures and clean glass. Removing, replacing trash bags and required or requested. Responding to tenant request and investigating building issues. Perform other building maintenance functions such as directed. No experience required. Bilingual in English & Vietnamese is helpful. Must be able to function independently with minimal supervision and report to supervisor every night. Hours are 9pm to 5am, Monday to Friday.
