Job Description
Process Technician Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts (Work 3 shifts one week, work 4 shifts the following week - every other weekend). This means you only work 182 days per year vs. the traditional 8-hour schedule 5 times per week that work 260 days per year . What will your day look like? Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines. Without your high standards in setting up our molds, our machines won't run correctly or efficiently. Using our software to view job requirements, print work orders, and view the production schedule Learning the molding cycle to the points where it's memorized. Following and applying all safety rules. We want you to be safe! Troubleshooting basic equipment failures Performing Water Main Shutoff and Electrical Power Down/Power Up procedures when needed Performing preventive maintenance on the molds. Preparing equipment for upcoming work orders Responding to machine alarms in a timely manner Reporting any irregularities (such as high scrap rates) to theTeam Lead or Lead Tech Qualifications:
(- required) High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic communication and mathematical skills
- Nice to have: Training or education in fields such as hydraulics, electronics, or mechanics, six months of experience in the plastics industry, prior experience in an FDA or ISO environment Why join our team?
