Job Description

Summary:
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment, setup and changeovers, and training of AMT and TNT technicians.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the assembly process from start to finish. Understand and monitor PLC and Robotic programs. Equipment troubleshooting and repair. Report production statistics such as finished goods, scrap, productivity, etc. Order supplies and equipment when needed, maintain spare parts inventory Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment. Ensure proper tooling and computer programs are applied to new product setups. Support production operators and Engineering to resolve production issues. Participate in process improvement activities. Other activities as assigned.
Essential Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Associates degree in Electromechanical Technology or Automated Manufacturing Systems; An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Ability to lead teams effectively

Computer, telephone, hand tools, and production equipment. Personal Protective Equipment/Clothing Required (PPE): Safety glasses with attached side shields; ESD smock and grounding equipment Heat resistant and/or cut resistant gloves
