First Shift - $23.22 - $26.88/hr
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Production Manager, this position is responsible for the day to day operation and support of manufacturing process improvement, manufacturing equipment and maintenance and new product introduction for the printed circuit board business unit (ETI). 1. Interface with associates and members of the organization to address and resolve problems with manufacturing processes and equipment. 2. Work with individuals on the team with respect to functional test training and upkeep of the test procedures. 3. Work with the sales department (internal and external) to secure new business providing technical support as required. 4. Manufacturing equipment setup, operation and repair. Board assembly processing equipment including programmable machines. 5. Provide support for complex project based Electronic Control Box Builds. 6. Work with all associates to support and manage work functions with regard to: Daily production within circuit board manufacturing Daily production within work cell building control panel assemblies Setup of special project panel assemblies Warranty troubleshooting and repair Develop systems for optimizing machine set-ups and changeovers Test failure troubleshooting and repair In-process defect analysis 7. Read, interpret and use schematics in the support of failure analysis. 8. Define and implement continuous improvement projects related to manufacturing 9. Support the development of RFQs including labor and new process standards 10. Maintain compliance to current ISO standards and customer specific requirements as applicable 11. Support and adhere to the Quality Management System 12. Other duties and projects as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Associates Degree in Electronics or similar field 5 years' technician experience

$23.22 - $26.88 per hour
