ATSNUC, Inc. is hiring an In-House Calibration & Repair Technician to support the servicing of nuclear density gauges and lab equipment , including models from Troxler, CPN, InstroTek, and Humboldt . This is a lab-based role with minimal travel (less than 10%) and excellent growth potential. You'll be responsible for calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing precision equipment used in construction materials testing. Key Responsibilities:
Calibrate, service, and repair nuclear density gauges (Troxler, CPN, etc.) and other lab equipment. Perform diagnostics to the board level and assist with limited component-level repairs. Complete all service and calibration documentation accurately. Provide support to customers via phone or in person for service-related questions. Assist with inbound and outbound shipping of customer equipment. Participate in cross-training for additional calibration and repair skills. Support production calibration and internal lab functions as needed. Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas. Meet turnaround goals and contribute to overall service team performance. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred. Prior experience working with nuclear density gauges (Troxler, CPN, InstroTek, Humboldt) is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to attend training and grow with the company.
