We are currently seeking an Audio/Electronics Technician candidates for our client, a mobile electronics retailer in Middleton, WI.

Duties:

• Conduct vehicle check-in and video walk around to identify pre-existing conditions.
• Diagnose vehicle issues, such as electrical malfunctions, and stereo related issues.
• Perform removal and reinstallation of interior panels and modules as related to the installation of new audio and electronic equipment.
• Perform verification of all systems, both directly and indirectly related to repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about how the components work.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed within this field
• General automotive experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Punctuality and ability to keep workspace clean
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (Willingness to pitch problem solving ideas, ability to take constructive suggestions or modifications as needed)
