Provides recommendations and solutions for residential drain cleaning, drain repair, sewer repair, and sewer replacement projects. Educates homeowners on the condition of their drain and sewer systems, including preventative maintenance and long-term repair options. Identifies and presents solutions for common drain and sewer issues, including backups, blockages, root intrusion, line breaks, and deteriorated piping. Works closely with drain technicians and sewer crews to develop accurate scopes of work for drain and sewer restoration projects. Assists homeowners in understanding available options for drain line repairs, sewer line replacements, trenchless solutions, and excavation projects. Evaluates opportunities for additional drain and sewer services that improve system performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Must have a proven track record in a one-call call close sales role performing at a high level Must demonstrate competence in communicating sewer issues and clearly explain solutions that homeowners can understand. Must be proficient with using iphone/ipad Must have a clean DMV report and pass pre-employment screenings.
