Lakeland RV Center - Milton, WI About Us Lakeland RV Center is a locally owned small business in Milton, Wisconsin. We take pride in providing quality workmanship and dependable service to our customers. We offer a relaxed, team-oriented work environment where everyone works together to get the job done right. We are currently looking for a dependable and skilled Skirting & Mobile Punch List Repair Technician to join our team. Position Overview This is a hands-on position focused on installing and repairing Park Model skirting and completing mobile punch list repairs at customer locations . The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working independently in the field, and capable of handling a variety of finish and repair work. Jobs may include skirting installation and repair, trim and siding work, adjustments, cosmetic repairs, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, appliance issues, and other items that need to be completed after a Park Model has been delivered and set. Attention to detail and quality workmanship are extremely important. Our goal is to make sure each customer's Park Model is properly finished and that outstanding punch list items are completed correctly and professionally. Key Responsibilities Install, adjust, and repair Park Model skirting. Measure, cut, fit, and finish skirting materials on-site. Travel to customer locations to complete punch list and warranty repair work. Diagnose and repair minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and appliance issues. Adjust doors, windows, cabinets, trim, hardware, and other interior components. Repair or replace siding, trim, molding, and other exterior components. Complete caulking, sealing, touch-up, and cosmetic repairs. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards. Communicate professionally with customers while working at their property. Document repairs and completed work using OneDrive and Excel Online workbooks. Maintain company tools, equipment, materials, and service vehicles. Keep job sites clean and organized. Work safely and efficiently both independently and as part of the Lakeland RV Center team. Qualifications Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, RV repair, mobile/manufactured homes, maintenance, or a similar hands-on trade is preferred. Experience installing skirting, siding, trim, or similar materials is a plus. Comfortable using hand and power tools. Ability to measure accurately and make clean cuts and repairs. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Professional and courteous when working with customers. Basic computer skills, including OneDrive and Excel Online. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations for service work. Ability to work outdoors and perform physical, hands-on work.
