What You'll Do Prepare and edit printed circuit board (PCB) files using CAD software. Process, edit, and verify Gerber files for manufacturing. Operate photoplotting equipment and image setters to produce precision PCB artwork. Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer specifications. Set up, operate, and maintain specialized production equipment. Troubleshoot minor mechanical and electronic equipment issues. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule. Continuously improve manufacturing processes while maintaining exceptional quality standards. What We're Looking For We're interested in candidates with one or more of the following: Experience using CAD software. Electrical or Electronics Technician education or experience. Knowledge of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing or assembly. Familiarity with Gerber files/software (preferred). Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with precision equipment. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Manufacturing or technical production experience is a plus.
