Job Description
Avanciers seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our manufacturing and quality assurance team.

Engineering Technician -
VFD Testing Location:
New Berlin, WI (Onsite)
Duration:
12 Months (Possibility of Extension/Full-Time Conversion) We are seeking an Engineering Technician with hands-on experience in electrical laboratory testing and VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) compliance testing to support engineering and product development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform UL, CSA, and IEC compliance testing for VFD products. Support product development testing and laboratory operations. Operate laboratory test equipment, analyze measurements, and document results. Assist engineers with test procedures, documentation, and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in an electrical-related field. 1+ year of hands-on UL, CSA, and IEC compliance testing experience with VFD products. Working knowledge of VFD design and operation. Experience in a laboratory or product development environment. Proficiency with laboratory test equipment and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn, grow, and work onsite.
Additional Information:
Travel may be required up to 15% annually. One in-person interview. #
INDUS Pay:
$25.79 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
