An Electronics Technician helps engineers design and develop electrical and electronic equipment. Assists with diagrams and specifications for design, construction of product prototypes, testing and calibration, technical problem solving, equipment repair and maintenance while ensuring regulatory safety standards are met.
An Electronic Filing Technician in the medical device sector supports regulatory, quality, and engineering teams by organizing, maintaining, and securing digital documentation required for
FDA, ISO
13485, and global compliance. This role ensures that all controlled documents, quality records, and device history files are accurate, accessible, and audit-ready.
Essential Functions:
Maintains structured digital filing systems for technical files. Digitizes, labels, indexes, and uploads documents to cloud-based repositories. Ensures documents are stored in correct locations and follows naming conventions. Support documents for audits. Ensures all records meet regulatory standards for medical devices, including accuracy and completeness. Performs quality checks on uploaded documents to ensure completeness and accuracy. Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive product and patient‑related data. Communicates with engineering, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to collect required documents.
Qualifications:
High School diploma and/or equivalent. Proficient in using computers. Experience with 3D processing software. Ability to manage confidential information securely. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Follow the work instructions and ensure the implementation of process standards. Preferred but not required
Qualifications:
Experience in clear aligners, orthodontics, dental devices, pharmaceutical, healthcare or custom-manufactured devices. Has a good understanding of technical documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
