Temp-to-Hire OR Direct Hire Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Laser/Turret Team Member Level 2 to join the manufacturing team. This position will operate and set up laser/turret equipment to cut metal components according to quality and production standards. Responsibilities 1-3 years of laser/turret setup and operating experience required Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings Ability to understand standard and metric measurements Experience using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges Set up and operate laser/turret equipment Load and unload materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and manual lifts Perform quality checks and process verification Flex to deburring, hardware insertion, shakeout, or press brake operations as needed Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to operate manufacturing equipment Occasional forklift operation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
