Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience in mixed-signal hardware design, high-speed PCB design, power architecture, and board-level validation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with processors, FPGAs, high-speed interfaces, and complex power systems. Responsibilities Design and develop mixed-signal analog and digital hardware, including schematics and PCB designs. Design high-speed boards supporting DDR3/DDR4, PCIe, and QSPI, with appropriate impedance and signal-integrity considerations. Develop power-tree architectures using DC-DC buck/boost regulators, LDOs, and power sequencing. Architect hardware platforms using
ARM, RISC-V
processors, microcontrollers, and FPGAs. Perform Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), EMI/EMC analysis, and support FCC/CE or industry-specific compliance. Work with communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, RS485, CAN, USB, and Ethernet. Perform board bring-up, hardware validation, troubleshooting, and component-level root-cause analysis. Use laboratory equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers. Perform thermal management and component derating analysis. Lead technical design reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle. Required Skills 10+ years of Electrical/Hardware Design experience. Strong experience in mixed-signal analog and digital design. Expertise in high-speed PCB design, including DDR3/DDR4, PCIe, and QSPI. Strong knowledge of DC-DC converters, LDOs, power sequencing, and power-tree architecture. Experience with FPGA, ARM, or RISC-V platforms. Strong knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), and EMI/EMC. Hands-on experience with schematic and PCB design. Proficiency with Xpedition. Strong hands-on experience using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNAs, and spectrum analyzers. Experience leading design reviews, technical teams, and cross-functional engineering projects. Refer
