Job Description:

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator for a top technical/engineering client. This individual will play a critical role in keeping projects moving by coordinating between engineers, contractors, and shop teams. The role is heavily documentation? and communication?driven, with hands?on involvement in AutoCAD updates, submittals, and as?built drawings coming from the field. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in detailed coordination work, enjoys problem?solving through proactive communication, and wants to directly support engineers and leadership by removing day?to?day project friction.

Day-to-Day:

Coordinate projects between engineers, contractors, and shop teams Own submittals, redlines, as?built drawings, and overall project documentation Update and maintain AutoCAD drawings based on field changes Support project scheduling and coordination with the shop Review large technical documentation packages and operating manuals Translate control narratives into functional understanding for coordination purposes Proactively communicate with internal teams and external partners to remove blockers Handle detailed, process?heavy coordination work to free up senior engineers

Must Have Qualifications & Experience:

Proven project coordination experience in a technical or engineering environment AutoCAD experience, including redlines and as?built drawings Background in Electrical Engineering, I&C, controls, or automation Exposure to control narratives, functional logic, and instrumentation projects Highly organized and detail?oriented; comfortable with documentation?heavy work Strong ownership, follow?through, and critical?thinking skills Proactive, team?oriented mindset with flexibility in hours when needed Nice to
