(ATS) is a technology and engineering services company providing engineering, metrology, calibration, and technical support solutions to government and commercial customers. ATS is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to support engineering projects involving testing, troubleshooting, technical documentation, system integration, and sustainment activities. The Engineering Technician will work closely with engineers, project managers, and customers to support laboratory, field, and operational environments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on technical experience supporting complex electrical, electronic, mechanical, and test systems. Key Responsibilities Support electrical engineering projects involving design, analysis, testing, integration, and sustainment of electrical and electronic systems. Assist with the development, review, and implementation of engineering processes, technical documentation, and project requirements. Perform electrical system analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations. Support laboratory and field testing activities, including test planning, execution, data collection, and reporting. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, technical reports, procedures, and presentations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop technical solutions that meet customer requirements. Assist senior engineers with project planning, technical evaluations, and engineering assessments. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for system improvements and modernization efforts. Ensure engineering activities comply with applicable military, industry, and safety standards. Provide technical support to customers, program managers, and stakeholders as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related engineering or science discipline. 0-7 years of relevant engineering experience supporting electrical systems, design, testing, troubleshooting, integration, or sustainment activities. Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuits, electronics, power systems, radio frequency (RF)/microwave systems, controls, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems. Experience supporting electrical system analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and development of technical solutions. Ability to perform technical analysis, evaluate engineering data, and develop recommendations with appropriate supervision based on experience level. Experience preparing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation, engineering reports, specifications, procedures, and presentations. Familiarity with engineering software and tools such as MATLAB, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of military, government, industrial, or manufacturing engineering environments is preferred. Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Navy, or other federal government programs is a plus. Required Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Position Requirements:
