Electrical Engineer - PLC & Automation Brampton, Ontario $85,000 - $100,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits Are you an Electrical Engineer with Allen Bradley PLC programming experience from a manufacturing or automation background looking to join a growing organization with clear progression opportunities? This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that invests heavily in automation and technology, offering specialist training and a clear pathway into senior engineering and project leadership positions. The company is a well-established manufacturer continuing to invest in new equipment, automation projects, and operational improvements. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Electrical Engineer to play a key role in future site development and automation initiatives. In this role, you will support automation projects across the facility, including PLC programming, control system improvements, equipment upgrades, and new machine installations. You will work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve efficiency and reliability across manufacturing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Engineer looking to develop their automation expertise while progressing into a senior engineering role.
