Implement FPGA-based solutions and work with SystemVerilog for high-speed digital design integration within System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures. Conduct root cause analysis on system failures or performance issues through debugging, signal processing analysis, and troubleshooting techniques. Develop automation routines for manufacturing processes using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Arduino, ARM microcontrollers, and industrial automation tools. Perform system testing in accordance with electrical building codes such as NEC and NFPA 70 compliance standards; utilize oscilloscopes, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools for validation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project scheduling, system design reviews, and manufacturing integration to ensure timely delivery of high-quality control solutions. Qualifications Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on electrical systems design and control engineering. Strong proficiency in electronics design, PCB design, circuit schematics, and electrical system development. Expertise in FPGA development, SystemVerilog coding, signal processing techniques, and simulation tools such as Simulink. Familiarity with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks for electrical schematic design and system modeling. Hands-on experience with debugging tools like oscilloscopes and ohmmeters; capable of performing root cause analysis efficiently. Knowledge of industrial communication systems including automation protocols and communications systems engineering. Skilled in programming languages such as C++, Python, MATLAB; experience with scripting for automation tasks is highly desirable. Understanding of electrical codes (NEC), NFPA standards, and safety protocols relevant to electrical engineering projects. Ability to practice precise project scheduling while managing multiple tasks effectively; excellent problem-solving skills are essential. Certifications or experience related to soldering, vision inspection systems, electrical troubleshooting, or quantum engineering are a plus.
