Position Duties/Responsibilities You will be the senior technical leader/portfolio manager for projects focused on the development of RF signal processing technology, automatic target recognition technology, and signal exploitation technologies that enable closing kill chain gaps. You will manage a portfolio of projects conducting basic and applied research, technology demonstration and technology transition to Program of Record and other platforms. You will develop and maintain a strategic road map for the related technologies and builds strategic relationships to accomplish larger goals. You will interact with national agencies (OSD, ONI, ONR, etc.), as well as Navy, Army and Air Force agencies to develop concepts and proposals, seek funding, execute projects and transition technology. You will work with IPT leaders and PMA teams to plan, budget and execute transition of capabilities to platforms and works with prime contractors to expedite transition and provide affordable capability to the warfighter before they need the tools.
