Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Electrical Engineer to contribute to the full product lifecycle, from design through mass production. The role offers hands-on experience with PCB design, hardware/software integration, and cross-functional collaboration. Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing) Responsibilities Design PCBAs using Altium Designer, including schematic design and component selection. Support manufacturing through New Product Introduction (NPI), New Item Add (NIA), ECRs, and ECOs. Perform testing and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and meters. Conduct root cause analysis and provide product support for failed units. Define and document manufacturing and rework instructions. Collaborate with engineering, production, repairs, purchasing, and warehouse teams. Validate new designs and ensure successful release to mass production. Lead, manage, or participate in cross-disciplinary projects. Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing) Qualifications B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience preferred. Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic and PCB layout design. Experience with Linux, Python, C++, SQL or equivalent programming. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and sustaining engineering. Hands-on experience with assembly line and manufacturing support preferred. Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently or collaboratively while meeting project deadlines. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player.
