Our newly constructed luxury senior living community is seeking an experienced CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement to provide safe, attentive transportation for our residents. If you have experience driving for a hotel, resort, private club, senior community or shuttle service, your skills could be a great fit. You'll drive company-owned cars and wheelchair-accessible passenger vans while combining safe driving, local area knowledge, patience and exceptional hospitality to make every trip safe, comfortable and enjoyable. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure safe operation of the company vehicles in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances Assist residents in and out of company vehicles as needed which may include the use of a mechanical wheelchair lift Actively participate in the day-to-day upkeep and preventative maintenance needs of the company vehicles which may include fueling and taking vehicles for scheduled service appointments Assist with scheduled resident activities as needed Assist with Receptionist or Concierge duties as needed Make hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction The certification says Great Place to Work®.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required. Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English Demonstrated willingness to learn and work Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings, which may include a job-related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.
