$75.00 - $84.00 per hour Job description: Superior Skilled Trades (SST) is a leader in workforce solutions, connecting skilled professionals with top companies across the U.S.A. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to work directly at our client's site in Torrance, California. Job Description Design electrical systems, components, and products based on project requirements and specifications

Develop and test prototypes to ensure functionality, performance, and safety

Analyze electrical systems and circuits, perform calculations, use simulation software to evaluate systems

Identify and troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions

Plan and manage electrical engineering projects

Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule constraints

Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, diagrams, and test reports

Maintain accurate records of design modifications and project progress

Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations

Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to minimize hazards and maintain a safe working environment Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is typically required

5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related roles

Proficiency in electrical circuit design, analysis, and simulation software

Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations

Familiarity with CAD software for creating schematics and layouts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve electrical engineering issues

Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions
