In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline maintenance procedures, and foster a culture of safety and excellence across all engineering functions. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance repair procedures across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance management strategies utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset histories, and preventive maintenance schedules. Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems including HVAC units, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing infrastructure, and industrial equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards by conducting regular safety audits, training sessions, and enforcing safety protocols among team members. Manage facilities projects from planning through execution, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion within budget. Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting techniques to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents to support operational transparency and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, electrical systems (including high voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance procedures. Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking; familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation. Solid understanding of OSHA safety regulations along with experience conducting safety audits and implementing safety improvements. Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings, and troubleshoot using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment. Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Effective team management skills with a focus on leadership development, supervising experience preferred. Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination across departments. Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems (high/low voltage), HVAC systems repair techniques, plumbing systems maintenance, and industrial troubleshooting methods is highly desirable.
