We are looking for a relentless leader to own and drive our Electrical Integration Department . This is not a maintenance role. This is a build, scale, and dominate role . The Mission You will lead all electrical and mechanical installation across our modular data center platforms—MV to LV, UPS systems, busway, controls, mechanical tie-ins—everything that powers and cools mission-critical infrastructure. You are responsible for turning designs into perfect, repeatable, production-ready installs at scale. What Makes This Role Different You don't ask "can it be done?" — you figure out how it gets done You run toward problems, not away from them You build teams that execute with speed, precision, and pride You create a culture where quality is built in—not inspected in You lead an autonomous, get-it-done group that does not require babysitting Core Responsibilities Own all electrical & mechanical integration across BMC production lines Lead installation of: Medium Voltage gear, transformers, switchboards UPS systems, RPPs, battery systems Bus duct, cable tray, fiber, controls Mechanical/electrical coordination for modular builds Drive standardization and repeatability across all builds Implement and enforce lean manufacturing principles (one-piece flow, takt time, visual management) Build and develop a high-performance team of electricians, technicians, and leads Ensure installs are production-line efficient, not job-site chaos Partner with engineering, supply chain, and production to eliminate bottlenecks Own schedule execution —no surprises, no excuses Non-Negotiables Zero-excuse mindset
