Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime. Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and HVAC units to ensure optimal performance. Review technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control system layouts to diagnose issues accurately. Manage facilities management activities including low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and industrial machinery. Coordinate projects related to facility upgrades, equipment installations, or process improvements with cross-functional teams. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure all maintenance activities adhere to industry standards. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics to identify faults swiftly. Monitor maintenance management processes, analyze operational data, and generate reports for continuous improvement initiatives. Foster leadership within the team by supervising staff development, training on new technologies, and promoting a safety-first culture. Requirements Proven management experience leading engineering or maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial settings. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and industrial maintenance procedures. Strong electrical experience with familiarity in low voltage, high voltage systems, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and control systems troubleshooting. Proficiency in facilities management including HVAC systems and mechanical equipment maintenance. Experience with CMMS software for scheduling work orders, tracking assets, and managing maintenance workflows. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
