Design schematics, select components, and conduct layout reviews and board bring-up for rigid, flex, and rigid-flex PCBAs using Altium. Integrate electrical hardware with embedded software and mechanical components, managing technical trade-offs regarding safety, performance, cost, and reliability. Formulate verification and EMC/EMI test strategies, perform hardware debugging, and coordinate testing at external laboratories or testing facilities. Support design controls, risk management, design transfer, and Design History File (DHF) documentation per medical device standards (e.g., IEC 60601).
