We're looking for a licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) who is ready to step into a leadership role, own impactful projects, and help grow a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team. What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you will serve as both a technical leader and project driver, partnering closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver exceptional results. Act as Engineer of Record, taking full ownership of electrical designs Lead projects as a Project Engineer and/or Project Manager across sectors such as aviation, aerospace, federal, healthcare, corporate, and science & technology Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary design environment to deliver integrated solutions Provide quality control reviews and ensure technical excellence across projects Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers, helping shape the next generation of talent Support team growth by contributing to hiring and team development efforts Coordinate project deliverables and drive projects forward from concept through completion What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (accredited program) Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing 5+ years of electrical design experience in building systems Strong knowledge of NEC and NFPA codes Proven ability to lead design teams and manage projects or staff Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience with building and site design projects Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
