Job Description

Become part of an expanding tech innovator that focuses on power management and conversion technologies serving the industrial, commercial, aerospace, and military sectors. Our team builds dependable, ruggedized UPS units and power supplies, providing a supportive atmosphere where your professional development can thrive. Primary Duties Create and engineer advanced power conversion systems, including DC/DC and AC/DC solutions. Contribute to the evolution of current product lines while assisting in the creation of new offerings. Perform component-level diagnostics on power distribution hardware, UPS units, and electronics to ensure optimal functionality. Choose appropriate parts to guarantee that every design adheres to strict manufacturability, reliability, and performance benchmarks. Work alongside manufacturing, mechanical, PCB, and sales departments to streamline project success. Execute rigorous testing and root cause investigations while maintaining comprehensive technical records. Help maintain a high standard of quality by ensuring all designs align with regulatory, industry, and client-specific requirements. Required Background A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or a closely related technical field. Between three and seven years of professional background in the design of power electronics. Practical knowledge regarding switch-mode power supplies, UPS systems, and DC/DC or AC/DC converters. Skilled in the operation of spectrum analyzers, meters, oscilloscopes, and various other testing tools. Familiarity with
AS9100, ISO
9001, and MIL standards is considered an advantage. Demonstrate strong project coordination, interpersonal communication, and technical problem-solving abilities.
