Electrical Engineer / Designer

Seeking Electrical Engineers (Mid-Level & Senior) to support the design and development of large-scale building projects, with a focus on multi-family high-rise environments. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical design experience, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Key Responsibilities Design electrical systems for multi-family, commercial, and large-scale building projects Develop construction documents using Revit Collaborate with internal teams, architects, and external stakeholders Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and technical guidance Review designs for accuracy, code compliance, and constructability Mentor junior engineers/designers and support team development (Senior level) Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables

Qualifications Mid-Level Electrical Engineer:

4-7 years of experience in electrical design for buildings At least 3-4 years supporting multi-family or similar projects (apartments, hotels, condos, student housing) Experience with commercial projects such as offices, schools, or restaurants also considered

Senior Electrical Engineer:

7-11 years of experience in electrical design Strong background in multi-family high-rise or comparable large-scale projects Proven experience leading projects and mentoring team members Required for

Both:

Professional Engineer (PE) License Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Proficiency in Revit Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Preferred Experience Healthcare, data center, or large commercial project exposure Experience managing or mentoring junior staff Strong understanding of building systems and construction processes Work Environment Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday, remote on Fridays Collaborative, team-oriented environment with direct client interaction Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
