Electrical Design Engineer

Develop wiring harnesses and electrical systems for crawler equipment while supporting design reviews, manufacturing builds, and system troubleshooting. Job Responsibilities Route and develop wiring harnesses for crawler models Coordinate electrical design work with cross-functional engineering teams Ensure wiring harness designs meet design standards and integration guidelines Design, create, and maintain electrical systems using 3D CAD geometry Participate in print reviews for new product development Participate in formal design reviews Support manufacturing and assembly teams during new model builds and launches Troubleshoot electrical system issues on prototype machines Diagnose electrical system issues on production machines Resolve electrical system issues related to harness routing, schematics, and system integration Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience 1+ year of electrical engineering experience Internship, co-op, or relevant personal project experience may be considered Experience using CAD or 3D modeling tools Experience with electrical systems, wiring harnesses, electrical schematics, or system-level electrical integration Working knowledge of electrical components Understanding of basic manufacturing or assembly processes Preferred Skills Creo experience ProCable experience Mentor Graphics Capital Harness experience Experience with mobile equipment electrical systems Automotive electrical systems experience Industrial electrical systems experience Supplier ecosystem knowledge related to electrical components Experience working around off-road equipment used in construction, forestry, or agricultural applications
