Job Description

Responsibilities Design and route wiring harnesses for crawler equipment. Develop and maintain electrical systems using 3D CAD. Participate in design and print reviews for new products. Support manufacturing and assembly during equipment builds and launches. Troubleshoot electrical issues on prototype and production machines. Work with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure successful product integration. Must Have BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. 1+ year of electrical engineering experience, including internships or co-ops. Experience with CAD or 3D modeling; Creo preferred . U.S. Citizenship. Stable work history. Willingness to live and work in the Dubuque, IA area long term . Preferred Experience Electrical systems for mobile equipment, automotive, or industrial applications. Wiring harnesses, electrical schematics, and electrical system integration. Creo, ProCable, or Mentor Graphics Capital Harness. Electrical components, suppliers, and manufacturing/assembly processes. Construction, agricultural, forestry, or other off-road equipment. Experience with companies such as Deere, Caterpillar, CNH, Komatsu, Gehl, AGCO, Arctic Cat, Polaris, or Terex.
