2992010405-2 Apply for this job now Job Description CF Industries is seeking an I&E Turnaround Planner to lead planning and coordination of complex instrumentation and electrical maintenance turnarounds. In this role, you will scope work, develop detailed plans, schedules, and resource estimates, and align activities with production needs and safety standards. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendors to define job steps, materials, and timelines, maintain accurate documentation in CMMS tools, and track progress and costs. You will help drive continuous improvement, reliability, and compliance, while working in a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and learning. Responsibilities Plan and scope I&E turnaround and major maintenance activities Develop detailed job plans, schedules, and resource estimates Coordinate with engineering, operations, and vendors on turnaround work Create and maintain work orders and documentation in
CMMS/EAM
tools Estimate and track turnaround budgets, costs, and progress Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for turnaround execution Support root cause analysis and post-turnaround reviews Optimize job plans based on lessons learned and best practices Collaborate in a cross-functional, technology-driven environment Required Skills Turnaround planning Instrumentation and electrical (I&E) systems Project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project)
