π PROMAN Staffing is proud to support our global client in sourcing a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their fast-growing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering the chance to work on cutting-edge battery systems and power electronics in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment. What You'll Do π Design battery packs, chargers, and power management systems. π Create schematics and PCB layouts. π§© Lead electrical design projects from concept to production. π Perform circuit analysis and simulations. π€ Partner with cross-functional teams. π οΈ Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting. π― Mentor junior engineers. π Develop technical documentation. What We're Looking For β BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering β 5+ years of electrical design experience β Strong analog and digital circuit knowledge β Experience with Altium or OrCAD/Cadence β PCB layout and schematic capture expertise β Battery Management System (BMS) experience preferred β Strong communication and problem-solving skills π Competitive opportunity π Career growth potential π‘ Innovative technology projects
