What You'll Be Doing + Collaborating with a design team to develop new products and improve existing ones + Supporting product development through design input, analysis, and testing + Creating and executing test plans using a range of power supplies (low voltage DC, high voltage AC/DC, and 120-690Vac mains) + Documenting project work including sketches, specifications, and design journals + Participating in prototype construction and testing activities + Learning new tools and techniques through onboarding, training, and hands-on experience + Contributing to project planning and tracking to meet performance, quality, and cost goals + Working closely with Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with all standards What We're Looking For + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering + 0-3 years of experience in power electronics, variable frequency drives, or related areas + Hands-on lab experience with oscilloscopes, meters, power supplies, and test setups + Strong safety awareness and commitment to a safety-first culture + Familiarity with engineering tools like MatLab, Pspice , and simulation platforms + Comfortable working with PC-based equipment and peripherals + Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a team environment What You'll Get from Us 1. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000- 85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
