Not available What You'll Do- Assist with design portions of projects related to discipline systems in accordance with code and IMEG standards
- Assist with researching commercially available equipment
- Support client relations, maintain the project design notebook, and provide documentation for permanent record files
- Assist with coordinating design and schedule with other disciplines, including architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, technology, clerical, and equipment suppliers
- Assist with documenting design decisions, meetings, and client instructions while monitoring project design progress
- Assist with reviewing project documents for accuracy and completeness before requesting a final check
- Assist with preparing and issuing addendum information
- Conduct periodic job site observations and support other services required by the contract services agreement What You'll Bring Required Education
- Completed at least 2 years towards a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent required Experience
- None required Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong interest in design consulting
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Skilled in AutoCAD and/or Building Information Modeling (Building Information Model) software
- Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups Preferred
- Prior internship experience in the building design consulting industry preferred
