Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in storage and asset-management solutions, is seeking a Sr Lead Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting project design and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

$125-150,000 What's the Job? Develop and produce electrical design deliverables such as one-line diagrams, layouts, and voltage drop calculations in accordance with company standards and project specifications. Ensure electrical designs comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards, including NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and ANSI. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within projects. Support project planning, cost estimation, and schedule management to meet client and organizational goals. What's Needed? Accredited Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent degree. Minimum of 10 years of detailed electrical engineering experience, with familiarity in power generation, substation, and power distribution systems. Professional Engineering certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and ANSI.
