With your passion, talent, and expertise, you can help improve the performance of our current products that will make a difference in the economy of the future. Job Description Primary Responsibilities Participate in the selection, and development of High-Power Resistor assemblies related to customer requests with varying levels of controls/switching/metering/protection, working closely with senior engineers as needed for guidance. Participate in the hardware definition, selection, and development of High-Power Resistors with varying levels of controls/switching/metering/protection, working closely with senior engineers as needed for guidance. Improve processes to meet the demands of our customers. Develop designs that improve performance of currently produced products. Interface with all levels within the organization (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Production, Testing) to understand application requirements and develop best-in-class products. Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development. Support the various stages of product development to ensure projects are completed on time.
