Constellation Energy is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to support design, operation, and optimization of energy systems across our utilities and renewable portfolio. In this role, you will develop and review engineering designs, perform system analysis, support maintenance strategies, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of power generation and distribution assets. Responsibilities Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical or electrical systems for power generation and distribution assets Review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure quality and compliance Support commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements for equipment and systems Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams on capital and improvement projects Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all engineering work Use modeling, simulation, and data analysis tools to improve efficiency and performance Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for stakeholders Support integration of renewable and sustainable energy solutions into existing systems Required Skills Mechanical engineering design Electrical power systems analysis Auto CAD or similar CAD tools Power systems modeling software (e.g., ETAP, SKM, PSS/E) Thermal and fluid systems analysis Reliability and root cause analysis Knowledge of
