What You'll Do Design and develop interactive technical curriculum for engineering and advanced manufacturing topics Convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and practical learning experiences Partner with software, multimedia, equipment development, and publishing teams to create integrated training solutions Research emerging technologies and industry trends to keep learning content relevant and innovative Help learners build confidence and real-world skills through hands-on and simulation-based training What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field such as Automation, Process Control, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or Logistics Strong technical knowledge and a desire to continuously learn and explore new technologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Ability to work on-site within the Louisville metropolitan area Professional proficiency in English and authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Experience with or exposure to industrial networking technologies Familiarity with industrial automation, controls, or advanced manufacturing environments Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word Why Join Amatrol?
