Job Description
Position Overview Supports the Project Manager on design review, equipment/material selection, and discipline-specific construction management for electrical scope. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing the construction organization design and construction plans, and submit them for owner review and approval. Review design drawings within the assigned discipline, participate in the selection of equipment and materials (including specifications and technical parameters), and ensure that construction complies with federal regulations and the laws, codes, and technical standards of the project's state location. Implement project construction management, review discipline-specific construction plans and technical measures, and supervise execution in accordance with construction standards and professional procedures to ensure effective management of subcontractors. Manage project safety, schedule tracking, and quality control, and participate in the preparation, review, execution, and adjustment of the discipline-specific construction schedule to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with required quality standards. Support the owner's management requirements and participate in coordination meetings to ensure safe and orderly site construction. Assist the Project Manager in developing commissioning plans for equipment and systems at various project stages, and participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and acceptance. Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the company or the Project Manager.
