About the Role As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the peak performance and reliability of complex facility infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in electrical diagnostics and system integration to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our production environment. Responsibilities Execute preventative maintenance and complex repairs on high-voltage systems to ensure continuous facility uptime. Diagnose and resolve intricate electrical faults, utilizing advanced troubleshooting techniques to restore equipment functionality. Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electrical hardware, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. Perform rigorous safety audits and inspections to guarantee full adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) and internal safety standards. Optimize system performance by maintaining and calibrating Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC). Document all maintenance activities and technical interventions to maintain accurate asset history and compliance records. Collaborate with cross-functional maintenance teams to execute facility-wide electrical upgrades and infrastructure improvements. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Demonstrated experience in an industrial electrical maintenance capacity. Proficiency in interpreting complex electrical schematics and technical diagrams. Solid understanding of 120/208/240/480 voltage systems and circuit theory. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and safety-first work habits. Preferred Skills Technical certification or trade school diploma in electrical maintenance. Valid state-issued electrician's license or equivalent credential. Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi PLC programming and troubleshooting. Proven ability to manage emergency electrical repairs in a fast-paced environment.
