Job Description Design and develop electrical control systems for custom automation equipment Program and troubleshoot PLC systems using ladder logic (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Fanuc, Direct Logic) Create and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD software Integrate robotics, motion control, and vision systems into manufacturing processes Design and configure control panels for automation systems Support installation, commissioning, and optimization of automated equipment Diagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site as needed Collaborate with internal engineering teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions Provide technical support to customers and ensure system functionality and performance Apply knowledge of electrical theory, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety controls in system design Travel occasionally (up to ~10%) to support projects and customer needs MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
